Deposits and Cancellations

All reservations must provide a full non-refundable deposit one week prior to check in.  Rukhsana’s Wellness & Heavenly Retreat will send out a Paypal payment request one week prior to your arrival.  All rate will be taken in Mexican Pesos and are subject to 16% VAT.

Due to our Retreat being a small business, we must adhere to our deposit policies.  We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you in the event of unexpected circumstance that impede your travel to the Retreat.  Please advise us immediately if you wish to cancel your reservation.  All cancellations must be made in writing.

We understand there is a lot of uncertainty during theses times, so any cancellations due to COVID-19 will be fully refunded with proper documented proof.

Pet Policy

Rukhsana’s Wellness & Heavenly Retreat is unable to welcome pets.

Rukhsana’s Wellness & Heavenly Retreat does have a resident cat (Billie) and dog (Shanti) on location.

Things to Know Prior to Your Arrival

Please let us know of any food allergies no less than 1 week prior to your arrival. We will try to accommodate as much as possible but please know we do operate in a small kitchen and cannot guarantee an allergy free space.

Airport pick-up/ drop-off service is provided in with your booking.  We ask that your flight information be provided to us no less than 1 week prior to your arrival.

Chakra Balancing Retreat

MARCH 20TH – 27TH, 2022

Chakras, which translates to wheel in Sanskrit, are spinning vortexes of energy that can been seen or felt by ones intuition. There are 7 main Chakras in the human body and each Chakras moves the bodies energy called prana (vital life force). Our bodies run off of this energy and when there is a blockage to one or all of these chakras we can have a wide range of side effects from feeling lonely, sluggish, or indecisive to indigestion, hip pains or headaches.

On each day we will focus on one of the seven chakras to balance, designating one chakra per day. Throughout the week we will use meditation, chanting, art, yoga (asanas), and treatments to help bring balance to each Chakra. Our goal is to not only help you bring balance by releasing any stagnant energy but also to teach you tools that will help you continue keeping your chakras in alignment when you go back home.
