Indian cooking is all about using the right herbs and spices. In this 3 hour class take a tour around the beautiful garden and see what mother nature has to offer! Learn about the different plants you can use in your everyday cooking and other aspects of your life. After, join us in the kitchen where you will learn the different kinds of spices used in everyday Indian meals and the health benefits they offer. By the end of the class you will be able to blend these earthy, fresh spices and create 3 mouth-watering dishes using Rukhsana’s very own Masala Base.
